The multi-user logistics property in Leipheim, Baden-Württemberg, is an ideal addition for the European logistics platform. The high-quality space and strong geographical position are two benefits of this property. The strategic location of the multi-user hub between the two logistics hotspots of Stuttgart and Munich means it is well-placed to distribute throughout southern Germany as well as to Switzerland and Austria. The newly developed distribution centre, with a gross lettable area of around 29,000 square metres, is located directly on the A8 motorway. The logistics centre is currently used by three predominantly food-related occupiers with strong covenants of between five and ten years.
