Liquidating trust description
As part of the liquidation of the Nuveen Intermediate Duration Municipal Term Fund on March 31, 2023, shareholders of the fund received one unit of the Nuveen Intermediate Duration Municipal Term Fund Liquidating Trust for each share of the fund held at termination. The liquidating trust holds certain securities to facilitate their orderly disposition. Unit holders will not have rights to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of or in any way encumber their liquidating trust units other than pursuant to a transfer by operation of law (e.g., upon the death of the unit holder or as required by law or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction). Units of the liquidating trust will not be listed on an exchange.
