Susi Budiman, CFA^®, FRM

Susi is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s global fixed income team responsible for the income and corporate credit strategies,and other institutional core fixed income mandates. Prior to this, Susi was Co-Head of Fixed Income, portfolio manager and credit analyst at Nuveen affiliate, NWQ Investment Management Company, LLC.

Prior to 2006, Susi was portfolio manager for China Life Insurance Company in Taiwan, as well as Ping An Insurance, where she managed multi-sector and multi-currency fixed income portfolios. Earlier in her career, she also served as a currency exchange associate at Fleet National Bank in Singapore covering Asian, Euro, and other major currencies.

Susi graduated with a B. Comm. in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an M.B.A. in Finance at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. She holds the Financial Risk Manager designation.
