About Sayuri Khandavilli
Sayuri is Head of Americas Real Estate Specialists, and is responsible for supporting the distribution of Nuveen's real estate investment capabilities. In her role she covers core, value-add and opportunistic equity and debt strategies across a range of investment vehicles.
Since Sayuri joined Nuveen in 2016, spending time in both the San Francisco and New York City offices, currently residing in Boston.
Sayuri graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, holds the CAIA designation, and the Certificate in Real Estate Investment from the NYU Schack Institute. In addition, she is a member of PREA Rising Leaders Committee and co-chair of the NAREIM Capital Raising & IR 2024-2025 Conference.
