About Scott C. Sedlak
Scott is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s real estate securities, global real estate securities and global real estate carbon reduction strategies, which invest primarily in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He covers the office, industrial and lodging sectors in the U.S. He has also served as a senior research analyst for the real estate securities product.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Scott was an analyst with A.G. Edwards & Sons, following office, industrial, and diversified REITs. Scott began working in the investment industry in 2000 and has been covering equity REITs since 2002.
Scott graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Truman State University. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
