Catherine joined Nuveen in 2018 and is the Head of Human Resources, Nuveen International (25 countries across the U.K., Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America) and in addition leads Human Resources for Global Real Assets. Her remit includes talent, organisation and change, culture, DE&I, compensation and benefits. Catherine is a member of the Global Real Assets executive leadership team, the International Operating Group and holds seats on the Europe and APAC Remuneration Committee and Executive Risk and Compliance Committee. She is also a Director of the U.K. Board.

Catherine brings with her more than 25 years of strategic human resources and talent management experience across multiple geographies. Prior to joining Nuveen, Catherine held senior HR leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch for various business functions including global markets, wealth and investment management, technology and infrastructure.

Catherine graduated with a B.A. in Geography and Sociology from Hull University.
