Pedro Piason Breglio Pontes

Pedro Pontes is the CEO of Radar Asset Management since 2024, a joint venture between Cosan and Nuveen focused on investments in farmland and sustainable assets. He brings a strong track record in strategic leadership, investment management, and asset structuring in the agricultural and infrastructure sectors.

Pedro began his career at Radar in 2008, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s early development and growth. Over the years, he held various leadership positions, contributing to strategic portfolio decisions, new business structuring, and asset expansion.

Before becoming CEO, Pedro held senior executive roles at Cosan, serving as Executive Director from 2022 to 2024. He also worked at Rumo Logística from 2020 to 2021 as Director of Pricing and Market Intelligence, where he led pricing strategy and market analysis for one of Brazil’s largest logistics operators.

Pedro holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), with a specialization in remote sensing from the University of Kansas. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) in 2015, strengthening his global executive education.
