About Daniel Mon
Dan is Head of U.S. Research for Nuveen’s equities team and serves as a portfolio manager and research analyst in the global materials and industrials sectors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Dan has served as an analyst and portfolio manager for investment funds such as Citadel, Hoplite Capital Management, Vollero Beach Capital Partners, and Plural Investments. He began his career in global equity research at Citigroup in New York and London in 2003.
Dan graduated with an A.B. in History and Philosophy from Boston College and has studied at University College London. He is a volunteer adaptive ski instructor for disabled athletes and the president of the board of directors of the Bart Adaptive Sports Center in Vermont. Dan also serves as a trustee and treasurer of Chatham Day School in New Jersey.
