Andrew J. Luberto, CFA^®

Andy is a client portfolio manager for the municipal fixed income team at Nuveen. He supports sales and marketing activity related to all of the firm’s municipal managed money products, including open-end mutual funds, closed-end funds and separately managed accounts. He works closely with portfolio managers, marketing personnel, advisor consultants and financial professionals to help clients understand the complexities of the municipal bond market and the benefits of professional bond management.

Andy started working in the investment industry in 2007 when he joined the firm. Prior to his current role, he was a portfolio manager assistant for the municipal fixed income team, providing trading and analytical support to the portfolio managers and traders dedicated to separately managed accounts. Before that, he worked in Nuveen global operations as an investment portfolio specialist, providing operations support for all of Nuveen’s affiliates, and as a portfolio administrator.

Andy graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Boston.
