About Michael Keogh
Michael is a Director within the European Housing Team responsible for Asset Management of our major living sector investments in the UK, focused on driving value and supporting Nuveen's growth across the housing sectors. While managing various residential investments, Michael also has the principal responsibility of expanding our UK Single-Family and Affordable commitments.
Michael joined the company in 2009, having spent the previous six years working in the economics, investment and forecasting research team at CB Richard Ellis. Prior to working within the Housing Team, he held a position in Nuveen’s Strategic Insights team, working with its UK Balanced and Real Estate Debt Funds.
Michael graduated with a degree in Geography and Economic Planning from the University of Birmingham and has been a regular speaker at property conferences.
