About Katerina Karavioti

As an associate in Nuveen Real Estate’s debt team, Katerina assists in the underwriting, execution, and portfolio management processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Katerina started her career in Botany Bay Asset Management, providing origination and asset management support to the Cheyne Capital Real Estate team, focusing on UK and Ireland investments. She entered the real estate finance industry in 2022.

Katerina holds a MSc in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
