About Angela Goodings
Angela is the Head of European Research in Nuveen's Strategic Insights team responsible for European market research and strategy. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, Angela provides market intelligence that informs investment committees, asset management strategies and capital raising initiatives. She is a member of Nuveen Real Estate's European Investment Committee.
As part of Strategic Insights, Angela has led research into changing demographic and consumption patterns within our Tomorrows World framework, exploring the role of real estate from a societal and financial perspective.
Before joining the company in 2003, Angela worked for Urban Futures London ltd, a not- for-profit regeneration agency who managed and delivered social regeneration programmes across London.
Angela graduated with a B.S. in Human Geography from the University of Reading. She is a member of the Society of Property Researchers and an IPF Research committee member.
