About Christopher P. Fama
Christopher manages separate accounts for Nuveen’s municipal fixed income team, focused primarily in the southeast region of the U.S.
Christopher started working in the investment industry in 1988 and joined the firm in 1992. Prior to his current portfolio management role, he was a sector manager and before that a senior research analyst. He began his career at Nuveen as a general obligation research analyst. Previously, Christopher was a senior analyst at the Center for Research in Security Prices, where he developed a historical database of OTC market trade and volume data as a companion to existing AMEX and NYSE databases.
He graduated with a B.A. in Economics at the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago.
