About Griffin A. Bazor
Griffin Bazor is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s real estate securities strategy, which invests mainly in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He covers the industrial and lodging real estate sectors as well as the freight rail sector. Griffin also plays a central role in the team’s development and implementation of factor tools to manage risk and identify alpha generation opportunities.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2017, Griffin spent time in commercial lending at a publicly traded regional bank.
Griffin graduated with a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration (Finance and Banking) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute
