About Nick Mueller
Nick is a portfolio manager for the exchange traded funds (ETFs) and a trader at Nuveen. He provides portfolio management support for the SPDR Nuveen ETFs along with trading support for portfolio managers on the municipal fixed income team dedicated to municipal mutual funds. He is also responsible for assisting in the purchase and structuring of new issue pricings on behalf of portfolio managers and assisting with the firm’s tender option bond program.
Since joining the firm in 2008, Nick also served as an RFI analyst responsible for completing requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires as well as preparing portfolio reviews for institutional clients. Nick entered the investment industry in 2007 and began his career at Oppenheimer & Co. as a sales assistant for a team of financial professionals.
Nick graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Seattle Pacific University and an M.B.A. from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
