About Matthew J. Nealon
Matt is a Managing Director and Head of Structured Products Business Development at Nuveen. He is responsible the origination and syndication of Nuveen’s structured products platform. This includes closed-end funds, interval funds, business development companies and other alternative investment strategies. Matt works closely with specialist teams across the firm’s distribution, product, and portfolio management groups to identify innovative ways to help clients achieve their financial goals in a rapidly evolving investment landscape.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2015, Matt was a Senior Associate at Deloitte, where he specialized on clients in the financial services industry.
Matt graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
