Kelly A. Flynn, CFA^®

Kelly is responsible for deal sourcing and portfolio construction. She and the Sector Analysts conduct the detailed analytical work on all investments.

Kelly joined Winslow Capital in 2013 and is a Senior Managing Director. She has 26 years of experience in equity research and corporate finance. From 2007-2013, she was a Managing Director and Services Sector Head in Equity Research at Credit Suisse in Boston. Immediately prior to that, she served as an Executive Director and Services Sector Equity Research Analyst at UBS in New York. She started her career in investment banking in New York. Kelly brings extensive experience with evaluating, modeling and valuing companies. As an Equity Research analyst, Kelly was ranked recurrently on Institutional Investor Magazine’s All-America Research Team and cited publicly by industry peers as a non-consensus thinker who was early to identify the challenges facing the for-profit higher education industry.

Kelly graduated with an A.B. in History and Literature from Harvard University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
