Justin H. Kelly, CFA^®

Justin Kelly is the CEO and CIO of Winslow Capital Management, an investment specialist of Nuveen. As chief investment officer, he ensures the Winslow Capital growth equity process is fully executed by all portfolio managers and analysts. Further, Justin sets the macroeconomic framework and investment roadmaps for all of Winslow’s products. Justin is responsible for portfolio construction and lead management on the Large Cap Growth strategy and the Large Cap Growth ESG strategy. He is a member of Winslow’s Executive Committee and Management Committee and is also a member of Nuveen's Equities Investment Council (EIC) with a focus on growth investing.

Justin joined the firm in 1999 as managing director responsible for research and portfolio management. Prior to that, he was co-head of the technology research team at Investment Advisers, Inc. in Minneapolis and also served as an investment banker in New York City for Prudential Securities and Salomon Brothers.

Justin graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Investments, summa cum laude, from Babson College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
