Jenny Du

Jenny is a Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer for Nuveen Real Estate. Jenny leads investment governance and operations, performance, and data analytics, as well as plays a central role in strategic growth and business development initiatives globally. She is responsible for the connectivity and information flow across senior leadership and the broader Nuveen organization to support firm-wide initiatives and ensure the execution of Nuveen Real Estate’s business plans. She is a member of Nuveen Real Estate’s Global Executive Leadership Team.

Previously Nuveen’s Global Head of Real Estate Product, Jenny oversaw the development of real estate funds and strategies, and the implementation of client solutions across Nuveen Real Estate’s private equity and debt strategies. She also led the structuring of strategic partnerships, co-investments, and joint ventures. Prior to joining the business in 2019, Jenny served at Ares Management where she focused on real estate product management and investor relations.

Jenny graduated with a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
