About Dugald Marr

Dugald leads the debt platform in Australia and New Zealand for Nuveen Real Estate. He is responsible for originating and managing the debt portfolio, along with building relationships with partners looking to co-lend in association with house capital.

Dugald joined the business from Crédit Agricole, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Australia for over 12.5 years. Prior to this Dugald worked as a Director in Structured Real Estate at the Royal Bank of Scotland and as a Banking and Finance Real Estate Lawyer in Brisbane, Sydney and London. He has 20+ years experience and is recognised as a leader in the Australian market with proven origination, structuring and execution capabilities across major transactions in all Real Estate sectors and products.

Dugald holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
