About Lesley
Lesley is responsible for managing the legal and company secretary function for Nuveen Real Estate in Europe and Asia Pacific. Lesley sits on the business’ executive leadership team and aims to ensure the business acts in line with its legal and regulatory obligations, and operates within an acceptable level of legal risk.
Prior to joining the business in 2017, Lesley gained significant institutional asset management experience across many aspects of segregated mandates, fund structuring and investments in multiple asset classes including infrastructure, real estate, fixed income, equities and Sharia-compliant investments.
Lesley holds the Investment Management Certificate and a LLB law degree from King’s College London. She was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2003 and cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
