Viktoria Hartl
About Viktoria Hartl
As portfolio manager for Nuveen Real Esate her focus is the asset management and support of transactions of the assets.
Previously Viktoria worked at Immofinanz AG, where she was responsible for the operative and strategic asset management of shopping centres in Slovakia, Czech, Romania and Poland. She also has professional experience in project management and consulting.
Viktoria has a master’s degree in Real Estate Management of FH Wien University of Applied Sciences of WKW. During her accompanied studies she also spent a semester abroad in the Netherlands. She is a member of the ÖVI Young Professionals (Austrian Association of the Real Estate Industry).
