About Sebastian Zwart

Sebastian is a portfolio manager and is responsible for the Dutch office portfolio. In his role he advises on real estate transactions, asset management and development projects.


Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Sebastian was at PATRIZIA where he managed several real estate portfolios and assets, within the office, residential and retail sectors. Sebastian began his career at Savills where he advised on residential, student housing and office transactions as part of the Investments team.


Sebastian graduated with a B.B.A. in Real Estate Management at the Hanzehogeschool of applied sciences, with a focus on real estate finance and investment.
