Natalie Granger-Ndebele

Natalie serves as Director of Business Management and Operations at Nuveen Infrastructure (previously Glennmont Partners). In this capacity she oversees several departments, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional collaboration across fund raising, investor relations, marketing, strategy, budgets, and resources. She is a member of the executive committee and plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation. Natalie also heads a team of business support staff. With over 20 years’ experience in operations management across 2 continents, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Natalie spent 8 years in strategic roles in Glennmont Partners and played a critical role growing the organisation from €437m Aum to €1,987m Aum post-acquisition by Nuveen. Prior to joining Glennmont Partners, Natalie spent 2 years in BNP Paribas, and prior years in Southern Africa in various operational roles in the financial industry.
