About James Kim

James is head of leveraged finance research and co-head of distressed.


Prior to joining the firm in 2004, James was an associate at Greywolf Capital in its special situations group. Before that he was a research analyst at Watershed Asset Management, and an investment banking analyst in both the Strategy Group and Energy & Power Group at Goldman Sachs.


James graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
