2018 MSCI IPF UK Property investment award

TH Real Estate has picked up a warranted Data Quality Award, at the 2018 MSCI/IPF U.K. Property Investment Awards, for a third consecutive year.

MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of research-based indexes and analytics, in association with the Investment Property Forum (IPF), announced the winners of its prestigious UK Property Investment Awards for 2018, which recognise the top performing funds classified by type and size band, measured over 3 and 10-year periods.

Ray Adderley, Global Head of Performance & Investment Process at TH Real Estate comments: "We are delighted to have won this award for the third successive year. It is a great acknowledgement of the outstanding work that our global performance team deliver on behalf of our fund teams, with the support of the fund finance teams. Although data quality itself does not deliver out performance, it does deliver the correct reporting and analysis of performance to support the management our clients’ capital and help meet their expectations."

Rather than being based on votes cast or opinions in a survey, the Data Quality Award is objectively measured and won by the top 10 Fund Managers. Every fund that is contributed by a Fund Manager is measured and assessed each quarter to calculate an annual aggregated score based on six measures:
