About Carsten Kebbedies
Carsten is a Portfolio Manager and an Executive Officer focusing on Asia Pacific for the Nuveen Global Cities REIT. He is responsible for APAC strategy, acquisitions, asset management, structuring and investor relations. In addition, he oversees strategy, acquisitions, dispositions and operational activity for all alternative real estate sectors in APAC. Carsten is a member of Nuveen’s APAC Executive Leadership Team, CEO of Nuveen Singapore and a voting member of the APAC Investment Committee.
Prior to his current role, Carsten led Nuveen Real Estate’s APAC Product and Solutions division. He joined the company in 2006 and relocated to Singapore in 2014. Prior to Nuveen Real Estate, he worked at KPMG.
Carsten attended University Osnabrück, Germany receiving a degree in Law and Business Studies and was admitted as solicitor in Germany. He also graduated from University of Hull, U.K. with a Master’s Degree (LL.M) International Business Law.
