Brian Eby

Brian is responsible for overseeing all housing acquisitions, joint venture and disposition activities across the U.S. He leads the company’s dedicated multi-family investment team, comprised of experienced regionally-focused apartment-specialist transaction and asset management professionals. Brian’s team is responsible for achieving the investment objectives of various client mandates through successfully executing U.S. housing acquisitions and dispositions across a range of funds and accounts. Brian is a member of the senior leadership team that oversees the investment process for the housing sector and a member of the Nuveen Real Estate Investment Committee. He entered the industry in 1999.

Brian has served in various real estate investment roles over the course of 26 years at Henderson Global Investors and Nuveen Real Estate. Prior to this tenure, he served as a consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. Brian graduated with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and he holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker’s License. He is also member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
