About Gemma Young

Gemma currently leads Marketing for the business across EMEA and Asia Pacific, and Nuveen’s Alternative platform, globally. She is responsible for Marketing and communications that drive business outcomes, leading a team across London, Frankfurt, Milan, Hong Kong & the United States. The team is also supported by several marketing communications agencies across the globe. She has led senior marketing roles for the firm in both New York and London.

Prior to this role, Gemma built and launched the TH Real Estate brand to the market globally in 2014, building a cross functional marketing department with award winning skills across multi-media, digital, design, advertising and communications strategy. Prior to joining the business in 2010, Gemma worked at Tavistock Communications where she managed public relations for a range of listed and unlisted property companies.

Gemma has a first class B.S., honours, in Psychology and Criminology and a post graduate diploma in Public and Media Relations from Cardiff University.
