About Marcin Wielgosz

Marcin Wielgosz is Head of Europe for Nuveen Natural Capital.

Marcin started his career with Ernst & Young in 2001. He was a member of the Corporate Finance team. He was also a member of the Corporate Restructuring team, responsible for large operational and financial restructuring projects.

From 2006 to 2010 he was project manager and then assistant director in the European platform of Rabobank Food & Agri M&A, focusing on cross-border transactions in the F&A sector. From 2010 to 2013 he co-managed M2G, a local advisory boutique focused on mid-cap F&A companies in Poland. Since 2009 he has been involved in the development of Rabofarm - a farmland fund investing in CEE, as Country Manager for Poland.

Marcin has been working with Nuveen Natural Capital since 2015 (Head of Poland) and was appointed Head of Europe in 2025.

Marcin is a CFA charterholder ® designation since 2006, a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznan and a graduate of the Agricultural Leadership Development Program at the Royal Agricultural University.
