About Andrew Topping
Andrew serves as a Principal of Secondaries on the Private Equity and Junior Capital team for Churchill Asset Management. His role includes originating and underwriting transactions, and performing portfolio management activities for secondary investments. Prior to transitioning to Secondaries in 2023, Andrew spent over five years with Churchill focused on private equity fund commitments, mezzanine finance, and direct equity co-investments.
Andrew has over ten years of experience in middle market private equity. Prior to joining Churchill Asset Management, he was an associate at Copeley Capital, a Charlotte-based lower middle market private equity firm. Andrew began his career in accounting performing transaction advisory services and accounting due diligence for middle market private equity transactions.
Andrew graduated from The College of William and Mary with a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
