About Rajeev Sobhanan

As a Senior Associate in Nuveen Real Estate’s debt team, Rajeev assists in the asset and fund management processes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Rajeev was a Real Estate Analyst at Puma Investments, working within the portfolio management and risk division. Before this, he started his career at Funding Options as a Property Finance Specialist, structuring and advising on real estate debt facilities.

Rajeev graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics, Statistics and Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London.
