About Manraj Singh

Manraj is the Global Head of Real Estate Product, overseeing the development of real estate strategies, and the implementation of client solutions across Nuveen Real Estate’s private equity and debt strategies. He also leads the structuring of strategic partnerships, co-investments, and joint ventures. He is a member of Nuveen Real Estate’s Global Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Nuveen in 2021, Manraj worked in real estate investment banking for Wells Fargo where he executed over $80 billion in capital markets transactions. He began his career at Freddie Mac in the agency CMBS business.

Manraj graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar.
