About Jay Sarma

Jay joined Nuveen Infrastructure’s clean energy team (previously Glennmont Partners) in late 2017 with more than five years of experience in renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining Nuveen Infrastructure, Jay was an Associate Director in the Power & Utilities M&A team at KPMG in London. In this role Jay advised utilities, strategics, and private equity and hedge funds on offshore wind, onshore wind and solar M&A transactions. His time at KPMG included a seven month industry secondment to the Power Business Development Team at Centrica Energy where Jay was a Business Development Manager responsible for the appraising of investment opportunities and driving key offshore wind divestments.

Prior to KPMG, Jay worked in the Natural Resources M&A team at Rothschild in Sydney, Australia where he provided strategic, financial and capital markets advice to clients in the global mining sector. Jay began his career advising on PPP/PFI transactions in Australia.
