About Darren Rawcliffe

Darren is a Director of Research at Nuveen Real Estate leading research projects in the European real estate sector.

Darren joined Nuveen Real Estate in 2018 from WestEndRents.com where he was chief research officer. Prior to that, he worked at Grosvenor for 10 years where he set up the group’s research and strategy function, oversaw investment strategy and then became Director of Finance and Strategy for the group’s London Estate portfolio. Before working in the real estate sector, Darren was Chief European Economist at Standard & Poor’ DRI, covering the EU macroeconomy.

Darren graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in PPE from Oxford University, an M.Sc. (Econ) from University of London and an EMBA from INSEAD Business School.
