About Crispin Royle-Davies

Crispin is a portfolio manager for Nuveen’s public global real estate strategies, which invest primarily in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He covers real estate equities in the U.K. and Europe, and infrastructure and renewables U.K. investment trusts. He is based in London.

Crispin started his career in the financial services industry in 2012 and joined the firm in 2018. Previously, he was at Fidelity International where he was an equity research analyst responsible for the European property and U.K. housebuilding sectors for three years, before rotating coverage to the European consumer discretionary and food retail sectors.

Crispin received a B.A. in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
