About Andrew Plante

Andrew is an analyst for Nuveen Real Estate. As an assistant portfolio manager, he assists Adriana de Alcantara on both the New York City Property Strategy and the Real Property Strategy. His responsibilities include supporting all aspects of managing the portfolio: portfolio analysis for acquisitions, asset management, financing and dispositions, completion of ad-hoc client requests, market research and time sensitive reporting requirements.

Prior to his current position, Andrew worked for Boston-based development/property management firm Beacon Communities, LLC as a leasing professional, where he played an integral part in the 200+ unit lease-up of a significant affordable multifamily development.

Andrew graduated with a B.S. in Real Estate from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
