David McManama

About David McManama
David is a Managing Director on the Private Equity and Junior Capital(PEJC) team for Churchill Asset Management, which he joined via Nuveen in 2014. As part of the PEJC team, David is focused on sourcing and executing junior capital investments, equity co-investments, and investments in private equity funds.
Previously, David spent four years as an Associate in the Industrial Investment Banking Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on executing middle market mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to KeyBanc, he was an Associate at Gulf Stream Asset Management, a CLO with approximately $4.0 billion under management, where he was responsible for underwriting new credit investments.
David graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Davidson College and a Master’s degree in Management from Wake Forest University.
