About Jeffrey Hall

Jeff is Head of Private Product at Nuveen. He leads global product strategy and development for alternative investment solutions across institutional, insurance, and wealth channels. He covers a broad spectrum of asset classes—including private credit, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and natural capital—ensuring the firm delivers innovative, scalable, and client-centric offerings across regions.

Jeff joined the firm in 2006 and held various senior roles overseeing various product platforms including closed-end funds (private and public), collective investment trusts, UCITS and registered 1940 act vehicles. Most recently, Jeff was based in London, where he played a key role in building out the firm’s offshore product capabilities, with a particular focus on cross-border structuring for global clients

Jeff graduated with a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from St. Lawrence University and a M.S. in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He holds the CAIA designation and was a founding board member of the Defined Contribution Alternatives Association.
