About Tracey Jackson

Tracey Jackson is a CLO Specialist and Client Portfolio Manager at Nuveen. Tracey is focused on fundraising, product support and development, thought leadership, and analytics relating to the CLO platform.

Tracey began her career in CLOs in 2006 at McDonnell Investment Management, where she worked as a quantitative analyst, working on CLO 1.0 structures. In 2012 McDonnell’s Alternative Credit team was acquired by THL Credit, where Tracey ultimately led CLO structuring, investing, and analysis.  In 2020, First Eagle Investments acquired THL Credit.  Until her departure, Tracey was a Portfolio Manager for the broadly syndicated CLO platform and Head of Quantitative Analytics and CLO Structuring.

Tracey graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in mathematics.
