About Malcolm Hirsch

Malcolm is a portfolio management analyst and assistant portfolio manager for the US Cities Retail Strategy and is responsible for supporting day to day management, including property diligence, financial modelling, capital fundraising, and providing research and insights for the retail sector.

Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, Malcolm served as a product development analyst on the Closed-End Fund team at Nuveen. While at Nuveen, he was involved in all stages of new closed-end fund development, from idea generation to product launch. Malcolm graduated with a B.S. in Economics and Financial Economics, with a focus in Latin American Studies, from Vanderbilt University. He also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
