About Randy Giraldo

Randy is Nuveen Real Estate's Head of Europe, based in London. As a member of the Global Executive Leadership team, he is responsible for the overall Real Estate business in Europe and is Chair of its Investment committee.

Randy joined the firm in 2008 and has held senior positions in acquisitions, portfolio and fund management across broad geographies. Most recently he served as the lead Portfolio Manager for the TIAA Real Estate Account, a diversified private real estate fund with over $ 30 billion in gross assets. Prior to joining Nuveen, Randy held various positions at Lend Lease, Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital Group.

Randy graduated with a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Fairfield University, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an M.S. in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School. Randy is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association Institute Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.
