About Maria Grubmueller

Maria covers research in the Germanic markets for Nuveen Real Estate, within the global research function.

Prior to her current role, Maria was responsible for commercial property research in the U.K. and across Europe. Before joining the business in 2016, she spent five years at Cushman & Wakefield, and also held roles with Invesco Real Estate covering southern European markets and Knight Frank focusing on the healthcare sector amongst others.

Maria studied European Business at OTH Regensburg and Oxford Brookes University and holds the Investment Management Certificate. She also has a BTEC in Airline Maintenance Engineering and is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
