David

About David H. Chan

David is the Head of Greater China Real Estate transactions. Based in Hong Kong, David will be responsible for sourcing and managing transactions, in addition to contributing to the continued growth of the regional APAC Debt business.

Prior to Nuveen, David was with Phoenix Property Investors and was responsible for the origination and execution of Phoenix’s equity and debt investments throughout Asia Pacific. Prior to Phoenix, David was with H.I.G. Capital in New York, where he was responsible for investing and managing value-add and special situation real estate investments in the US. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, David was with Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Banking in New York and with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Banking in Hong Kong.

David graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
