Nuveen appoints Chris Leak as Managing Director, Head of U.K., Investment Advisory Services
Nuveen has appointed Chris Leak as Managing Director, Investment Advisory Services for its U.K. business. In this newly created role, Chris will lead a team to work across Nuveen’s full range of global products, developing client and consultant relationships and tailoring Nuveen’s products and solutions to their needs, enhancing Nuveen’s ability to respond to a growing range of investor requirements. He reports to Rune Sanbeck, Nuveen’s Head of International Advisory Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and is based in the firm’s London offices.
Chris joins from Oaktree Capital, where he was a Senior Vice President. He has over 19 years of asset management experience across asset classes, including real assets, private equity and private credit, equities, fixed income, and shareholder engagement funds. He previously held roles at Hermes Fund Managers, F&C Asset Management, Baring Asset Management and State Street Bank and Trust Company.
