About Seun
Prior to TIAA, Seun was an EVP and Global Controller - Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL), a Fortune 500 global real estate company. Prior to JLL, he spent over eleven years at Deloitte serving Fortune 500 clients, specializing in the insurance, asset management, and retail pharmacy sectors. In addition, he led various Deloitte programs focused on business development, diversity and inclusion, and was an Ellen P. Gabriel Fellow. Prior to joining Deloitte, Seun spent three years with KPMG & Andersen providing assurance services to Fortune Global 100 clients. He also worked as an investment banking analyst at Access Bank PLC.
Seun graduated with a B.S. in Management and Accountancy from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University, and an executive management certificate from Columbia Business School. He is a chartered accountant and a certified public accountant, licensed in Illinois. Seun is a board member of United Hospital Fund of New York which works to build a more effective health care system for every New Yorker. He is also a board member of the Illinois CPA Society and former chair of the Diversity Advisory Council.
