About David
David is a responsible for overseeing all investment, development and asset management activities for the Enhanced Real Estate Series – Europe II Platform. Prior to this, David was the Fund Manager of the U.K. Property Platform. In addition, David was Fund Manager of one of Nuveen Real Estate’s longest running segregated accounts. David sits on the Investment Advisory Committee for the Central London Office Platform and was a Board Director of the European Cities Platform between 2016 and 2018.
Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate in 2014, David was a director and fund manager at CBRE Global Investors, where he gained a wide breadth of experience working on the property fund management of a number of the firm’s segregated accounts during his eight years at the company. David also took part in the CBRE Global Investor’s global transfer program and spent time in the head office in Los Angeles working on the Strategic Partners Fund Series, where he was involved in transactional work and asset management projects. David started his career as a surveyor at Savills and entered the real estate industry in 2002, having previously worked as an analyst for JPMorgan.
David graduated with a B.A., Honours, in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and a Master’s in Real Estate from Reading University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
