About Luc Merigneux
Luc is responsible for the sourcing and the execution of Nuveen Real Estate’s investments in France.
Before joining the firm in 2018, Luc began his career as a lawyer and worked for Covea Immobilier, one of the largest French insurance companies, as a transactions manager where he participated in major investments in Paris. He worked for AXA IM Real Assets where he was involved in most of the acquisitions of AXA IM’s clients in the French market. Luc was also investment manager at Freo Group, working on value added investments on behalf of international investors.
Luc graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Napier University and a master’s in Real Estate Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Paris 1, Sorbonne. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
