About Spencer Klingman

Spencer oversees the operations of Nuveen Natural Capital’s global investment and management company platforms. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Global Investment Committee, providing strategy, vision, and leadership to enhance growth and operating efficiencies.

Spencer joined Nuveen Natural Capital in 2018 and was previously the Global Head of Finance for the company, managing all financial operations for the company and investment platforms.

Prior to joining NNC, Spencer was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Banking Capital Markets and Asset Management function. His experience at PwC spans ten years, three offices, and two continents. Spencer’s primary clientele at PwC included some of the world’s largest investment banking and management firms.

Spencer holds separate Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Kansas. He is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
