About John

John is responsible for the Designer Outlet Mall portfolio in China. He focuses on two investment vehicles which develops and operates designer outlet malls in China on behalf of a variety of clients. The portfolio began with one asset in 2012 and has grown to seven assets. John co-ordinates and manages internal and external teams engaged in all aspects of outlet mall investment and asset management, development and leasing.

John joined the company in 2007 in the finance department, before moving to the analytics team in 2008. His previous responsibilities covered direct and indirect property funds across Europe and Asia, and he was an alternate member of the investment committee. John graduated with a Bachelor’s of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and holds the CFA designation.
